Flexible calls from as little as 30 minutes, right through to multiple daily visits and full support packages.
Our shortest call is 30 minutes and it covers far more than people expect. Many clients begin with one short visit a day and build up as needs change — the plan is always yours to adjust.

Short visits are never rushed through a checklist. If your needs outgrow the time booked, we will say so honestly and suggest a longer call.
Costs and visit options
Clear, straightforward pricing — no joining fees and no hidden extras. Prices below are our starting rates for from 30-minute visits and every other service we offer.
30 minutes
£18.50per visit
Medication prompts, welfare checks, breakfast or bedtime support.
45 minutes
£23.50per visit
Personal care with a little more time, or care plus a light domestic task.
60 minutes
£28.50per visit
Full personal care, meal preparation, companionship or a trip out.
How visits are scheduled
- Visits are booked at agreed times of day — mornings, lunch, teatime and bedtime — so you know when your carer is coming.
- You can have one call a day or several; we build the rota around your routine, not ours.
- Care starts after a free home assessment, where we agree visit lengths, times and priorities and write them into your care plan.
- Plans are reviewed regularly and can be changed at any time; just let the office know as early as you can.
- Rates are per visit and quoted from the prices above. Bank holidays, waking nights and more complex packages are quoted individually.
